    ProSoftHub Pty Ltd (ABN 19 667 080 622, "we") operates FainPro at https://fainpro.ai. This policy explains what personal information we collect, why, who we share it with and the choices you have. We handle personal information under the Australian Privacy Act 1988 and the Australian Privacy Principles, and, where they apply to you, the EU/UK GDPR.

    1. What we collect

    • Account data — name, email address, password (stored hashed), profile picture if you add one, language and settings.
    • Company data — what you tell us about your business in the questionnaires and surveys: name, registration details you choose to give (for example an ABN), address and city of operation, industry, size, goals, target customers, pricing bands, and documents you upload (brochures, price lists, brand assets).
    • Team data — email addresses of people you invite, and the names people type on a questionnaire fill link you shared.
    • Connected social accounts — when you connect Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn or X we receive, through the platform's API and with your authorisation, your public profile, the list of pages or accounts you manage, an access token for the accounts you choose, the posts we publish for you and their engagement and insight figures. We never receive your platform password.
    • Payment data — handled by our payment processor (Stripe); we keep the transaction record, not the card.
    • Usage and technical data — log data (IP address, browser, pages used, errors), cookies needed to keep you signed in and to remember preferences. We do not run advertising trackers.

    2. Why we use it

    • to provide the Service: build your company profile, research your market, generate strategies and content, schedule and publish posts you approve, and show you results;
    • to run your team: invitations, memberships, shared questionnaire links;
    • to bill you and to keep the records the law requires;
    • to keep the Service secure and working, and to answer your requests;
    • to tell you about the Service (you can opt out of marketing email at any time).

    Where GDPR applies, our legal bases are performance of the contract with you, our legitimate interests in running and securing the Service, legal obligations, and your consent for the social accounts you connect and for marketing.

    3. Data from Facebook and Instagram (Meta)

    We use Meta's APIs only for the purposes you authorise on the login screen: listing the pages and Instagram accounts you manage, publishing the content you approve to them, and reading engagement and insight figures to report back to you. Meta data is used solely to provide these features, is not sold, is not shared with third parties other than our processors below, and is not used for advertising. Access tokens are stored encrypted. You can revoke access at any time (see the Data Deletion Instructions); we honour Meta's deauthorisation and data deletion callbacks. Our use of Meta data complies with the Meta Platform Terms and Developer Policies.

    4. Who we share it with

    • AI model providers — parts of your company data and content are sent to third-party AI models (currently OpenAI, DeepSeek and Google) to generate research, strategies, text and images. We send what the task needs, not your whole account, and these providers process it under their API terms, which do not allow training on it.
    • Social platforms — Meta, LinkedIn and X receive the content you publish through us and the API calls needed to publish it.
    • Infrastructure — cloud hosting in the European Union, our own secured servers in Australia, object storage for your files, email delivery, error monitoring and Stripe for payments.
    • Your team — members of your company see its data; people you give a fill link to see that questionnaire's answers.
    • Law — where a law, court or regulator requires it, or to protect the rights and safety of users and the public.

    Some of these providers are outside Australia (EU, US). We take reasonable steps to ensure they protect your information to the standard required here; by using the Service you consent to those transfers.

    5. Security and retention

    Data is encrypted in transit and at rest where the systems support it; access tokens and secrets are encrypted with keys held separately; access is limited to staff who need it; backups are encrypted. We keep your data while your account exists and for the periods in the Data Deletion Instructions after it is closed.

    6. Your rights

    You can access and correct your information in the Service, export your questionnaire answers, disconnect social accounts, and delete your data or your account. Under GDPR you may also object to or restrict processing and take your data with you. To exercise a right or to complain, email chernyshov@prosofthub.com.au; we respond within 30 days. If you are not satisfied you may complain to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (oaic.gov.au) or your local data protection authority.

    7. Cookies

    We use a session cookie to keep you signed in, a preference cookie for language and layout, and local browser storage for drafts (for example, an unfinished questionnaire). No third-party advertising cookies are set.

    8. Children

    The Service is for businesses and is not directed at children under 16; we do not knowingly collect their information.

    9. Changes and contact

    We may update this policy; the date at the top changes and material changes are announced in the Service. Contact: ProSoftHub Pty Ltd, Unit 5, 12 Riverview Street, West Ryde NSW 2114, Australia, chernyshov@prosofthub.com.au.
